To get the COST of a move, please complete the FLAT RATE QUOTE form, 2nd in the list at the left of the page. The form is detailed enough to get the EXACT cost instead of an estimate (takes about 4 minutes by computer or 8 minutes by phone to complete)

No deposit required. The moving contact us form, quote and your final confirmation email act as a contract. Over a 72 hour cancelation notice prior to the date/time of the move, no fee required. 24-72 hour notice, a $40 fee will be required. 4 hour to 24 hour notice, $80 fee. Under 4 hours, the minimum cost of the move will be required.
Payment methods: Cash or Card (3.89% fee)
Base FLAT RATES for box truck and 2 movers (quote will be for the exact cost of your move regardless of how long the move actually takes):
13ft Sprinter Extended Cargo Van: $360 (holds up to one large room or 2 very small rooms in one load)
***sprinter van for additional loads: $160 per load
*****(2 loads in the sprinter holds up to a regular 1 bedroom apartment or small 2 bedroom apartment)
*****(3 loads in the sprinter holds up a regular 2 bedroom apartment)
20ft box truck: $600 (holds up to a regular 2 bedroom apartment in one load)
***20ft box truck for additional loads: $340 per load
*****2 loads in the 20ft holds up to a large 2 bedroom apartment, reg 3 bedroom apartment or regular house
*****3 loads in the 20ft holds up to a large house
Add a 3rd mover: $160
For the flat rates, we ask that you be ready for the movers when they arrive. All small items boxed or bagged and ALL items ready for loading in order for the flat rate to apply.
Truck & Travel Fees
***Truck fee (use of truck & insurance) (reg rate $80): reduced to $0 for online booking
***Mileage fee (mover's road time, fuel, depreciation & maintenance) (total miles involved in the move - from our warehouse, to your addresses and back to our warehouse) (reg rate $3.89 per mile): $1.00 to $3.89 (depends on date/time)
VARIANCE IN MILEAGE FEE: The variance is due to if the prior move or the move after is closer then our warehouse or if the date allows for extra discounting, such as dates that have several open appointments. The quote manager will advise in your quote if there is a cheaper appointment.
*****SURCHARGES: 3rd floor, large shared entrance building, or elevator address: add $80 per address per load for the sprinter or $160 per address per load for the 20ft (discounts may apply based on what is being moved and the size of the building). Disassembly $20 per item, Assembly $20 per item. YOUR QUOTE WILL BE THE EXACT COST OF YOUR MOVE, NOT AN ESTIMATE.
