The starting pay rates are listed on the application for each position. In addition to the rate and tip, a profit sharing bonus will be added to each day after your 4th day of work. The bonus will add from from $0 (low profit day) up to $6 per hour to your labor rate!
We also operate a 6500sq ft 7 bed 5 bath home for our contractors. If you are interested in a room, the rent will be taken out of your pay. 33% deduction (not including tips), up to a max of $200 per week. ***for 1 person, to add a 2nd person to the room, add $70 per week.
